Problème d'affichage [Profil et message]

Bonjour,

J'ai installé un template pour l'affichage des messages et du profil. Malheureusement, l'avatar que je tente de mettre en 200*320 reste déformé et comme vous pouvez le voir sur la droite, le pseudonyme s'affiche deux fois dont l'un semble cacher.
J'aimerai donc savoir si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à comprendre (car je veux apprendre) d'où viennent ces problèmes. De plus, si ce n'est pas trop demander, pourrait-on me dire comment décaler légèrement l'avatar sur la gauche afin d'agrandir la zone de texte ?
