J'ai crée ce modèle de fiche pour mon forum Harry Potter, mais vous pouvez bien sûr changer les textes, les dimensions, les images, etc... En revanche ne retirez pas les crédits ! Ils sont cachés dans la bannière, de ce fait ils sont très discrets et ne vous gêneront pas. J'espère que ce petit modèle tout simple vous plaira !
Un petit merci ne fait pas de mal, même si vous pouvez voir le code sans ça ! C:
